Mamam Esther's Apple Pie

Ingredients:
- 5 apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pie shell

Instructions:
1. Peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
2. Mix the apples with the sugar and the cinnamon and place in the pie shell.
3. Crumble (with hands) flour, sugar and margarine in a separate bowl and then sprinkle on top of the pie.
4. Put in oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour at 350 degrees or until golden brown on top.
