Savta Eva’s Palacsinta (Hungarian Crepe)


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Butter (to grease pan)


1. Using a whisk combine the flour, eggs, sugar and milk and mix until smooth.

2. When you are ready to start cooking, heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.

3. Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter into the pan (very thin layer) and cook the crepe for about one minute. Flip and cook for another minute, or until golden, Place the cooked crepe on a plate, and repeat the process until all the batter is used. (Grease pan btwn each)

4. Fill with your desired filling, or serve plain and let your guests be creative!
